1. Information We Collect

HomeGenie collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name and phone number. We also collect data about your tasks, bills, appointments, contacts, shopping lists, and other personal information you choose to store in the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the HomeGenie service: to power the AI chat assistant, manage your personal data, send SMS authentication codes, and provide traffic and commute information. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. AI & Data Processing

Our AI models process your data in real-time to answer questions and execute commands (add tasks, check traffic, negotiate bills, etc.). We use Anthropic Claude for AI processing. Your data remains private and is not used for model training.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored encrypted at rest in PostgreSQL (Neon) with encryption in transit via TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.

5. SMS & Communications

We send SMS messages only for authentication (login codes). Standard carrier rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

HomeGenie uses the following third-party services: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI), Vapi (voice calling), Textbelt (SMS). Each has its own privacy policy.
