HomeGenie is a personal AI assistant for everyday life. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using HomeGenie on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have permission to do so.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share your account with others or use it to impersonate someone.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into HomeGenie. We do not claim ownership over your tasks, bills, contacts, or any other personal data. You can export or delete your data at any time. We access your data only to provide the service and support.
We strive to keep HomeGenie available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may occasionally perform maintenance causing temporary downtime.
You agree not to use HomeGenie for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Premium and Autopilot plans are billed monthly as selected. Cancel anytime — service continues until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeGenie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
